New patient offer

$67 new patient exam

A full hour with the doctor, a real examination, digital X-rays on site if you need them, and a written plan before you commit to anything.

What’s included

Everything in your first visit

  • Consultation and health history. Not a clipboard in the waiting room — a real conversation about what’s happening and what you’ve already tried.
  • Full physical examination. Neurological and orthopedic testing, posture analysis, and joint range-of-motion evaluation.
  • Digital X-rays, on site, if clinically needed. No referral out, no second appointment at an imaging center.
  • About an hour of one-on-one time. With Dr. Diana Tole, DC herself, not an assistant.
  • A Report of Findings appointment. Where you see the results and the proposed plan — before you decide whether to start care.

Functional medicine patients

Start with a conversation, not an invoice

Functional medicine is a bigger commitment of time and money than an adjustment, so it shouldn’t start with a leap of faith. Book a free 15-minute discovery call and ask us anything — what testing would look like for your case, roughly what it costs, and whether we think we can help.

No surprises

Know exactly what your first visits look like

Nobody likes walking into an appointment blind. Here’s the actual sequence, with honest time estimates.

  1. Initial Examination

Collecting and discussing a detailed health history is of utmost importance. A thorough physical exam may include neurological and orthopedic testing, posture analysis and joint range-of-motion evaluation. If needed, we offer digital X-rays on site. Expect ample one-on-one time with the doctor.

    About 1 hour
  2. Report of Findings

We want you in the loop. We detail your treatment plan, treatment frequency, and the results of your exam and/or X-ray. We’ll discuss what to expect in the coming weeks, during a typical treatment, and what our approach to your condition will be.

    About 30 minutes
  3. Ongoing Treatment

We use a variety of techniques to tailor an individualized treatment. From traditional manual adjustments to low-force tool-based adjustments, your comfort is our first priority. We use heat, traction (stretching) tables, and percussion to promote relaxation prior to your adjustment.

    About 20 minutes

Times are approximate. Not sure which appointment you need? Call (408) 778-6770 and we’ll help you decide.

Straight answers

Questions about the $67 exam

Is the $67 price really all-in?

It covers the consultation, the full examination, and digital X-rays if the exam findings call for them. It does not include treatment — adjusting begins after your Report of Findings, once you’ve seen the plan and agreed to it. [VERIFY: exact inclusions and the cash price of ongoing visits.]

Why offer a reduced rate at all?

Because the biggest reason people delay care is not knowing what it will cost. Removing that unknown means you get seen sooner, which is better for your outcome and honestly better for us too.

Can I use insurance instead?

Yes — and if you have chiropractic coverage that may work out better for you than the cash offer. The two can’t be combined. Call (408) 778-6770 with your card and we’ll compare both for you honestly before you book.

Who isn’t eligible?

Medicare and Medi-Cal beneficiaries, federal healthcare program beneficiaries, and personal-injury or workers’ compensation cases. Those are billed through the normal channels instead. This is a legal requirement, not a preference.

Does this apply to functional medicine?

No — functional medicine starts differently. Your first step there is a free 15-minute discovery call so you can decide whether the approach fits before spending anything. [VERIFY: confirm the practice will offer this call.]
